Hosted by Jim Fowler of Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom, this one-hour documentary highlights the history, current natural resources, and nearly intractable human-caused problems of one urbanized stream just across from our Nation's Capital. Four Mile Run flows through four Northern Virginia jurisdictions into the Potomac River at Reagan National Airport. Strategies are shown for reviving life back into this now nearly lifeless rapid response stormwater system. Partially funded by grants from URS Corporation and the Northern Virginia Regional Commission.
